Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach .
