Nothing I liked about this organization. Hell is better than this organization.

They will put you under so much pressure on everyday you will resign by yourself. Also I want to add one more thing- the working environment and the employees, senior management are not very friendly at all.

HDFC Bank is a great company to work with at the beginning of career.But the HR policies towards employee problems are very bleak and fragile.Sales and business development are the most important parts of your job even if you are working for the banks operational parts.There is a huge potential for growth if you are passionate for sales but not at operational parts like(Teller,Welcome Desk,Authoriser etc). Perks and benefits are good.There is Job security.The HR policies and internal management is not at all upto the mark for the development and growth for freshers.Not recommended for MBA(Marketing)graduate freshers if you are looking forward to make a career in Marketing and Sales....Read More

The HR policies are not at all supportive MBA freshers.Vintage branch managers at Retail Branch banking uncooperative with talented youngsters who are passionate about sales and willing to go for the extra mile.No programs designed for employee growth and development.

Work Details

There is no work life balance for operation based jobs.Fresher sales employees have growth but are treated like trashes.
