Company Culture is the worst. No trainings regarding the job just useless unnecessary trainings. You'll feel lost here as there is no guidance on any matter.

Learning is very high. Each day, you will learn new things.

Dislikes

Long working hours. Work on holidays. Leave approval issue always due to non back up staff. apart of your assigned work, various other activities will assigned you. You have to deliver with in TAT. no matter how much work you have left for EOD.

Bad work life. Everyone is having on work pressure. On ground level, very rare to see. Charming faces.
