Good Teammates, Great professional and on the job training, Great Job security, career growth is not great since bank is big and becoming stagnant day by day, Appraisal and salaries are not great at senior manager and below grades, travel reimbursements and policies are good and can be better, Politics is rampant, great place to learn, decent work-life balance

Dislikes

salaries and appraisals are not so great considering India's inflation, Career growth is dwindling since the bank is becoming stagnant and top brass is getting old day by day

I got offer from Infosys as associate consultant and currently working as Wealth manager for HDFC bank. Is job security there in Infosys?

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
