The brand name surely helps when you make a switch. Otherwise not a lot of positives.

Dislikes

1. Work Culture is seriously very toxic. You will not recognition for your work unless you are a dog to your supervisor. 2. HR here is toothless. Everything here will depend on your supervisor. I have known people here working in the same team for 10 years, only got promoted once even though they worked pretty hard. HR will not cometo rescue of such innoscent employees. 3. Performance Evaluation and Appraisals again depend on the mercy of the supervisor and even if your annual scorecard is great you will be helpless if your supervisor gives a poor rating. HR again will not ask any significant for your supervisor's actions let alone reprimand him. 4. They give an annual increment of 3-4% to majority of the team which is nothing but a joke. Two people in the same team, on the same designation, having worked for the same amount of time and having same ratings, can get different amounts in bonus and there absolutely no explanations given. Goodbye transparency. 5. I worked as a legal manager but the same is true for collection vertical as well. 6.
