Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Every thing.. unable to understand how this bank has become the no.1 retail bank in india with such horrible policies a& work culture where above sales managers no body works, only delegation of work by the supervisors & supervisors would seat idle hours after hours with no work only time pass.

Worst appraisal system. Even though you perform exceptionally but HR changes your rating during appraisal without letting you know just to fit few employees below bell curve. CTC includes the cost of loan even though you have not avail any. HR straight aways says that if you want to leave the company then you can.

Male dominated culture. Too much bias , aggression and favouritism. Rules are bent to promote favorite people while deserving ones are sidelined. Toxic culture where bosses scolding subordinates only to prove authority is considered normal. Increments are extremely poor.

Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe
