I have a good relationship with this bank and its one of the best bank in all formats . and based on offers that we provided for customers and this environment will help me out how to approch customers and how to deal with custoemrs my seniors are very friendly with me and they support me very well

Worst culture ! Mental Harassment at workplace from seniors & supervisors,when one is not able to meet sales objectives,no flexible work hours especially for operations staff in branch banking even if all activities are completed,they force you till night to stay and again sales meeting and same foul languages

Overall is good but, promotion is totally depends upon your supervisor, not on your output. Incentive is good but basic pay is too low

1. Work life balance is poor 2. At a point you will feel that you might have joined sales instead of joining operations as you will be treated the same as some sales staff. 3. Job security is fine but what about transfers, the seniors constantly threatens to do.

There work experience is good with manager who supports all his colleagues equally and always take stands for their employees that's most important thing in the office and team was quite good, supportive and ambitious for their work and we use to do work hard.

Dislikes

There was continuously use of headset on head and login hour's of 9 Hr that was too tough to manage thousands of criterias for getting incentive which I really don't like.

As a bank it's great to work here but the management is very egoistic, they don't employee who does the work to grow but doesn't on their culture of bossing

The management is worst and very egoistic ' if you don't say good morning you are the worst person don't do anything and keep saying wow sir bring tea on the table and sit in the office untill boss is sitting If you finish your work on time leave on time then are not worthy

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

In retail banking all staff are good. Everything is good about staff .

Back to back VCs during working hours. Patheitc. I was sitting with some more govt ias offical.... In between boss ask kya business hua...I told me baitha hu koi acha govt account open hoga ...bt no .. he said wapis aa. The officer said etna pressure hai aap p being branch manager. Koi aukaat nhi es bank m work culture is worst
