However change of job role in relation with different verticals is required with a certain time period which will ensure employee's knowledge is not confined only to a specific vertical/department, Employee will get to know Banking as a whole by the time he grows with the organization.

Simple, I always believe in my work.when ever a question arises on like/dislike.then it's totally depends on yourself.when you complete your task then you must be a well guy for the boss.But when you complete your work and helps to other it's definitely gets you different identy.and when you are in trouble then others will help you.Finally everything is good.
