i am sreenivas have taken a flat in godrej woodscape and i got excellent support from Mark Anthony ventures.their team gives better support in terms of booking to agreement and loan proces.one of my friend has taken the flat in prestige finsbury,now he got the possesion and he was very much satisfied and refferd to Mark anthony so i am happy with their commit ment and support.

Occasionally, there are timing issues. Sometimes, employees are required to come to the branch at 8:30 AM and leave at 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, even if we meet our sales targets. They constantly threaten to resign, take unpaid leave, or even request medical leave, which is the worst place to work. Additionally, the incentive cycle is problematic. If you achieve your target in September (1-30), you will receive that month’s incentive on December 25th. It's a marwadi,family business culture. The group of same blood brother works here. Tourure and different treatment for new and people came from outside or outside their group. No promotion. No appreciation. They try to get other people sacked. Worst culture.

Line managers are not good, full of politics and we need to listen to our boss even though he is wrong. Job satisfaction will not be their because of boss and their favourite boss team mates. Worked with many organisations but first time in my life history failed to work with HDFC Bank.

Not Satisfied. Work Life and personal life. And there is no staff benifits. For simple things lot of pressures from higher authoritys.

Work Life and Office cultural. Within office politics from other staffs. Can't work long time in one branch repeatedly transferring to other branches when ever they need. Whatever they want work accordingly as managers and higher authority. And they wont give Leaves when you need and in emergency time also. I am i have peternity leave for 7days but they gave leave for 5 days. On high request they approved for 5 days only. Remain 2 days they wont agree to take. This is worrest thing.
