Till 2017 the culture was very different, the atmosphere was enthusiastic and we were achieving the numbers only because we were free hand and were taking care if the portfolio unlike the owner. Apprisal policy was good.

Dislikes

My last promotion was in 2009, till I left the Bank in 2021 was not promoted, I was key performer too, being KP was allocated ESOP but still no promotion. The supervisie was take all staff personally and duirn the period of 2021 itself more than 7 employees left our of which 3 had worked for more than 10 years with Bank.
