Likes

Bank has been consistant on performing well.Management has a clear vision towards overall growth of the bank.Bank has been providing best technologies and support to the staff.HR policies are good.Work life balance is being considered most important by the bank.There are lot of opportunities for learning and developing our skills.

Dislikes

Small politics exist in the bank at different levels.Your supervisor can play with your career and growth.You should be self motivated and always keep on performing.There are too many tasks for the branch head.Processes are well defined,but very irritating.Each and everything has a certain process.Even meetings with staff and other verticle officials have to be documented.

Work Details

As a branch head,I was supposed to manage all the things related to a retail branch.I was responsible for smooth functioning of the branch and to earn profits with maintaining very high standards of operational excellency and customer services.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
