Working with HDFC Bank provides you much comfortable by having e-learnings banking models based on the job rule and also provide multi tasking based on the supervisor and requirement of the bank which is good part to any individual to scale of the skills. More than happy but more than 6 years I and ready to join in future in a different job rule for any challenging task

Dislikes

In HDFC Bank there is no timelines one has to work around the clock as per the bank requirement in customer centric most of the bank staff feel bad and suffer by slot in the time.

I got offer from Infosys as associate consultant and currently working as Wealth manager for HDFC bank. Is job security there in Infosys?

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
