Nothing. Worst then worst organisation to work in the early stages.

Dislikes

Worst organisation to work in the early stages, treated like you hell . Their thought that employee will work like super hit by offering them pennies. The amount of pressure and timings are like worst then any organisation.

The scenario is here in HDFC, they are forcing us to join operations team and reducing our salary from 14lpa to 8.5lpa. While Infosys is offering 10.5lpa. What should I do as I think the in hand salary will be similar in both the companies. Worried about job security in Infosys.
