Appraisal is low from nbfc like muthoot finance wherever work load is very high.

Competition is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high.

They have only 1 rule, take more and more work with employees. Don't pay enough money in salary. says week off, But working is there in Sunday also. Pay scale is Less compare to other banks and nbfc.

Salary giving less, working in holidays are there, not given me increment after 1 year even my performance is there then also. etc etc.

First i work with hdfcbank with its name but when i know work policy of bank after then i do work at my own risk because all employees who thats do work in bank they all are living with depression, mentally disappointed and do work without any satisfaction because bank policy. I want to write a lots of but till time know more.....pls understand any help from me call me

i write and send mail our superior pls give me sometime after all last and final decision reject with special comment. They are tell me you ask the customer and take a document of special comment by superior, this is the last stage of my work efficiency and i don't give a my work satisfaction for customer..... last i say do work by own " experience" and habit of teaching.....otherwise Zero...
