Below dislikes 1. Management is very bad and no Co-ordination is there in between them also and employees also 2. They are not giving any decision, they are blaming only employees for their decisions. 3. Working time is 9.15-6.15 but if you follow this timing, you will treated as criminal, because they are working overtime in night.4. Cameras are here for not only for surveillance, but also for close watch of activities (like netsurfing, gossips) 5. Lots of gossips, even a small thing will spread immediately to all people. 6. They will hire only basis of high paying salary. 7. Some persons are favoured here. 8. No canteen and bus facility available. 9. Management is very unsupportive in some cases. 10. Management don't know about ground reality. 11. Manage never support employees, they require employees for clarical tasks only, rest process handled by them, they do not provide learning opportunities, even not involves employees in there decisions. 12. Salary is not on time, salary is credited any time, no fixed schedule, also don't know the reasons for delaying the Salary....Read More
