If you're fresher go and join. Work for them like a skilled labour. Not an engineer. No work culture it's a worst management policies. HR department is not good. There is no proper communication.

Dislikes

Low salary not even you survive if you go to North India. They are treating like a slave. We work hard to earn. But In another end HR team people never consider about our difficulties.

Past year they kicked out. Covi, without proper communication they left me from company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
