There is nothing to write about good things for this company... In my profession career of 10+ year of experience in sales and marketing One of the worst experience ever i get from this company, no job security, nothing.

Dislikes

1) Salery is not in time, after a 1 &half month will get salary even after lots of shouting. 2) No system and plan in work place. 3) suddenly company planning for tour. And send for market visit. 4) not flexibility on pricing with their own products. 5) company dealing there products as like local hub market like wholesalers. 6) ForField team company don't have any strategy for work. 7) No reporting manager. 8) several times several seniors are taking reports everyday.
