The employees from local areas are real gimmick of every negative attitude. Management does a lot everyone all the staff and employees from all fraternity in the entire organization by providing all time to indulge in fun activities and festivities but , still some are self rigid creepy creatures making our brand one company down. Hope our management can kick negative minded employees out.

Dislikes

The bad attitude towards different language speaking people other than their local language. The mocking and bullying attitude of employees fro local areas. Management are unable to find the solution for that particular issue. The unavailability of a female hr officer in organization at night shift is hurting the gender equality due to which growth is hampering in this company.

I work for EBO Hospital in night shift its amazing to work in the projects and being acquired by guidehouse we have amazing gem of kind CEO and country head.

Work life balance is sooooo poor. They will squeeze you out , Weeknd,/ daily extensions are usually here Office politics and favouritism at its worst HRBPs are just for the name sake. Don't expect any help from them Admin is the worst i have ever seen. Night shift allowance is too low compared to other companies No bonus / celebration benefits

5 day WFO, Not more than 9 holidays per calendar year in chennai location, limited offices in India, no office in Bangalore or Hyderabad, Career growth depends on the project you are working

Management support Tl's only. Tl treat employees as slave. In Ngl branch, Team lead family only running the office. AOM also jalra for Tl family, they give leave only for team lead family like tl brother, brothers wife, tl husband. Worst branch

Badly they dont have proper system. Its too hard to explain. Please look out other opportunity really if you have good exposure. 100% you will be lost in your career, may be choose to take offer for negotiation with other company. but REST is yours
