I love the ambience, they have their office in a top of the hill! Their kinda of work is completely different from others. They treat every one equally.

Dislikes

Their incentives plans are really worst, they will reduce the incentives from basic pay! Their is no such thing called incentives. We should not celebrate anything in cafeteria! They have 10.00 hours duty.

Give a lot work pressure just because you working from home and will force to extend the work hour from normal 8:30 hours to 12-14 hours and mostly bad politics within the team does gave me a negative impact as not every employees were treated the same way who puts the same effort and hardwork for company benifits
