Not only was I promised a salary 22k, but in the first month, they failed to secure any projects, leading to a toxic environment of office politics and eventual termination. To add insult to injury, when they assured me my salary would be settled on March 15th, I received a measly 1200 rupees for my 22 days of work. Let that sink in – a disgraceful pittance for the hard work I put in as an MEP engineer. This company is not just third-rate; it's a disgrace to the concept of professionalism. Sandip, the founder, behaves more like a mafia boss than a respectable leader, issuing threats of legal action without hesitation. The entire management team is nothing short of a political circus, orchestrating power plays while disregarding the welfare of their employees.
