1. Management is worst 2. Recent merger with GAVS 3. Horrible Employee benefits Policy 4. Recently changed in compulsory work from office policy 5. Usage of outdated systems. 6. Lot of manual work 7. Need to work even after office hours. 8. Work culture is not good 9. No job flexibility 10. Growth is very slow

It is good company , good colleagues learning opportunities are there (even if you are not willing to you have to ) overall things are good if you don't fall in bad managers hand ( I haven't seen any in this org )

Dislikes

If your project ends , for new projects you may need to go through client interviews and they may require you to brush up learn something new , which can be challenging sometimes but I think this also gives you opportunity to learn .

They were having a excelent clients with exciting projects.

Dislikes

Completely depends on cleints, if there is no client then its really hard to sustain there. When i was working with GS back to 2022 there were clinet crices and many people on bench lead to lay offs.

A few people are really definition of the word incompetence and just are at the position due to their experience only that’s all . If you are good at something you will be given more work pressure by these people (who are extremely few) but occupy important positions in the project

Work: it depends on team, project. My work is good and satisfactory.

Culture: No culture at all, just do your work and that's it. No fun. Once a quarter lunch budget comes and 3-4 people from project enjoy it, how would outstation team members could join you? They could have provided the Zomato coupons or something but nothing. Communication: there is no communication Between the management and team.They just take a call to give their verdicts , never take feedbacks. Nobody knows at any point of time what is going on about anything, for eg. Everyone is waiting for April hike letter and even HR, manager, director knows anything. Zero transparency. Once upon a time It was one of the best company. There are some good people, you can enjoy working with them if you are lucky and get a chance to work with them.

Recent aquisition. Management has been changed. New management doesn't think about employees, Only profit is there priority. No job security. Hire and fire policy.
