Last 15 years company running I am the one only QC Engineer in this company.. First QC Engineer in this company.. This post was started October 6 2023...

11 hours Working here.. in that 11 hours no tea break , lunch break half an hour only.. no tea ,no coffee not provide site 🍵☕.. in interview hr manager told me food and accommodation company will provide.. but Only civil construction people not provide... shopping Mall , carriage and depot people got tea and coffee ...Food and accommodation not satisfaction it's totally waste... In morning transport come on time but evening transport not given on time.. Engineer treated as labour here... Job security totally waste... Without any information HR terminate here.. termination how will know here once the ticket will give him at night 10 o' clock that time only will know he will terminated by company......Read More

Nothing to like because it's Proprietorship firm or better to ask Shop bigger than small.

Nothing to like Means everything dislike. Even after 14 to 16 hours working you didn't have any security of job .... It's normal culture that employees came back from work,after dinner gone slept but at night 11 pm HR persons came with Go back home ticket and you have to board next day early morning flight. Even Boss will not treat anyone as employees, he thinks all are labours. No HR, no Admin, it's one man shop nothing else . Uncultured, unethical, biased, extract knowledge from well experienced individual and junk them citing various reasons, I am sorry but need to put forth this so that no individuals gets cheated by the recruiting agencies as well as by the company. Being well educated and experienced HR & ADMIN, I feel very awkward to write negative reviews, but the company have treated me very badly.

ZERO JOB SECURITY, NO PROFFESSIONAL COMPANY AS HIS OWNER IS NOT EDUCATED SO YOU CAN NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM HIM,ALSO TOO MUCH POLITICS, EVEN THEY DONT GIVE WEEK OFF TO EMPLOYEES, NO MEDICAL BENIFITS, OVERALL IF YOU WANTS TO SPOILE YOUR CAREER THEN ANYONE CAN JOIN, 8AM TO 8PM STRICT TIMING, ALL 7 DAYS WORKING.
