Overall company and upper management is good I'm 1st agent in pune city and handle entire podar school in pune , satara nd nashik but pune reason Ashutosh kingrani is purely wrong person selected by upper management. He has given the Totally credit by working in personally but this is totally credit goes to Hardworker agent in any section. Not much pressure if you are working in the initial DPD's but for 30+ its a nightmare. Very less working in the end of the month not much pressure as most of the work will be done.

No job security the performance matrix is only how much percentage you are recovering that depends on luck only and if you are not able to recover you will be fired.

No appraisal we got. However we served thecompany mso well but at the time of appraisal our seniors just don't pay attention as they need to, salaries are so less than how ever good work we do.
