Overall company and upper management is good I'm 1st agent in pune city and handle entire podar school in pune , satara nd nashik but pune reason Ashutosh kingrani is purely wrong person selected by upper management. He has given the Totally credit by working in personally but this is totally credit goes to Hardworker agent in any section. The worst company to work with, I would really not recommend people to work here, If you really need peace in life or you need diabetes and blood pressure at early age, go for it, its a market fighting for your work, you give your best and still tomorrow you might recieve a mail of project closure, ridiculous company, and the new inside team sales head, OMG the most uneducated person I've ever seen, and every person in the company with great salary too lacks basic English, so unhygienic work life and the team leaders are of no use, they are just puppets to fill there daily needs, I would really beg you guys do not join the company AT ANY COST Job security -1000000/10...Read More

So what they do is that they will hire people by telling them that this is a six months contractual job but actually there work is just for 3 months so what they do after that they stop giving you work and will tell you that your performance is not good so will keep you on pip for one week and thn next you are out of the company, pathetic TL pathetic MD i don’t at all suggest people to work in this company because it has zero job security, too much mental torture and also the last week of every month they wont allow you to take any week off and nor will pay extra for that so in every condition they want people working with them to compromise...Read More

Not much pressure if you are working in the initial DPD's but for 30+ its a nightmare. Very less working in the end of the month not much pressure as most of the work will be done.

No job security the performance matrix is only how much percentage you are recovering that depends on luck only and if you are not able to recover you will be fired.

No appraisal we got. However we served thecompany mso well but at the time of appraisal our seniors just don't pay attention as they need to, salaries are so less than how ever good work we do.
