Unprofessional employee at senior level Drinking in office hours Unhygienic environment as multiple employees use to chew tobacco and gutka and spit in dustbin and few employees on the floor itself. 0 Administration 0 management Director's will review you on the basis of what your superior will present about you. If you are puppetof your senior than you may be the best but if you will not go to their flow they will kick you out of the organisation by pointing out baseless things about you. Also they take more interest on personal life of the employee. Never seen such a unprofessional organisation and highly recommended not to join. 90 Percent of the population in this organisation not even able to communicate in English and you will find the employee retention rate is 0 and new employee leave the organisation in 6 months or maximum 1 year.
