There is hardly anything to like about GradMener.

Company hiring process is terrible. Nothing great to feel once you get the offer letter they will always give you a very low margin of your deserving value. You will be asked to do work of 3 people at least. Weekends will be spent in office. No employee centric benefits. Appraisal, bonus, incentive is only after your fight for it else no one is interested to pay you<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is mostly not in time, 0 transparency for future</mark>. Hopeless place to join. I suggest don’t join it, extremely poor culture....higher management is never bothered for your career roadmap. No perks, no insurance, very less leaves...be ready for LOPs. Have seen most employees leaving the organisation in less than a year, experimental hire fire is also possible....Read More
