Working with Trigent Software has been a good experience. Trigent is a software Testing company ,cloud services, App development, Automation testing and IT based service company. Excellent working environment with supportive team members. I would surely recommend it as one of the best company to start a career as a fresher to gain lot of experiences.

Nothing that I can think of. Nothing specific. It's a below average work culture and practice.

Very conservative environment/ work cutlure. No process in place. Very old traditional approach which is toally outdated in todays business trend / practice. too much of micromanagement.. everyone in the management directly gets involved in micromanagement of the employees ( right form the VP to sales head to Directors. too many review meetings everyday. No tools in place. No job security right from 1st monthi. People are Hired and Fired in a jiffy. The company still claims to be cmml4 and Microsoft gold certified but both these certifications have expired long back ( few yrs ago). they have not gone for recertifcation again. Worst company, Full of tamilians. Worst, irresponsible, sadist people working as a HR,Manager role. Bakwas very pathetic interview process. I observed no dress sence at all show casing their body & worst behaviour. Ladies are always doing makeup in the cabin.

Interview was for HR role and obviously HR will take the interview and out of all boys no one got selected for 2nd round he shortlisted only girls and he shortlisted a b.sc microbiology girl instead of a guy having 2 internships worst HR he will be wearing specs in my life so far this will be the worst interview.
