No defined career path. Friends promoting and hiring friends. Top management is horrible and definitely not one you can look upto, have vendor mentality which ends up in unfair comparison. Most of them know each other from previous companies and have known each other for a long time. Unwanted favouritism.

Overall Management is not good. They roll out IJP’s but the TL and the Manager plays their own internal politics and stop the promotion or movement to different team. They dont treat employees in a good way.
