a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Run by bunch of local Kannadiga employees who did not leave after NXP Software was acquired by Goodix China. Nothing interesting is going on in Bengaluru centre, It acts like a technical assistant centre for other global teams where real R&D work is happening.
