Salary hike Career growth Politics on a different level Management in india is terrible full of malyali,marathi and gujratis....be aware of them they will spoil your career if you don't know their regional language mostly Goldman employees are full of atitude ,90% employee joined as third party and after working of 5 years with too much buttering and politics they got converted to Goldman payroll and they think they achieved the whole world and treat others like a slave ,applicable for all whether you join as third party or permanent payroll...the most important things is you don't have your recognisation ,no value... You can still adjust all,but you have to work in a same profile after 10 years also which is horrible no growth....you need to act like a puppet during the whole tenure ,no work life balance ....no shift allowance ,only for morning shift but that is too low ...no work from home,no reimbursement for certifications...Read More

It helps in developing our skills more and can earn well as GS pays well than other companies i have seen.

You have forget your personal life while working here. The work load is very heavy. As I’m working in shifts, there is no proper shift rotation and that affects on our health very much. Unfortunately nobody is here to concern about one’s health. All want their work to be done irrespective of your work timings. No matter what you have to work like hell.
