I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company had given me full authority in all decission making, handling pr, the management showed full trust on me.

Dislikes

So first things first, as soon as the pandemic hit on early march 2020, i was laid off from my job, at the same time other similar compinies waited for atleast six month to come up with the strategy of laying off the staffs. No personal growth, no workshop, skill developement, training etc. Salary appraisal was done once a year but just with a margin of 5% increase on the gross salary.
