A few weeks ago, I started at Godrej Infotech as a Senior Executive, fresh out of college. We began with sessions from senior management that provided valuable insights into the company's history and personal growth opportunities. We then had both technical training with an external instructor and business understanding sessions which offered extensive business knowledge. Throughout the onboarding process, the management was supportive and helped understand the company culture. The huge campus impressed me with its large biodiversity and greenery. The huge campus may also be a drawback as the shuttle frequency is low which means you might have to wait or walk sometimes. It is recommended to have a personal vehicle if possible. Additionally, you will be required to sign a bond agreement while joining so you might need to take that into account.
