Because it is so secure company has not grown and, 20 years and still they are at same place. Mgt is very distance from reality and maintains the same when it comes to board as well (at least as it seems). They let talent go. For them 20 years of service is more important than the contribution to Organization. In Network And network security domain, Man management is not good. It's like everybody is doing " one man show " kind of job. Although it's good for technical perspective but at times feels like there should've been more people working along with ourself. Work life balance is not good, Although official hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm but AVP keeps meetings at 6.30 pm and we haven't had a choice to join the meeting and answer his tedious questions.

Because of unmatchable job security company has tons of non-performers. They keep on experimenting, in fact experimentation runs max for a year but because of same workforce at management level company is at almost same level as it was decade ago. Currently organization has found new people at management level, and they believe in gold plating & appeasement. Almost all decisions are on hearsay. So it can be avoided for a year further (if someone is trying at management level) because eventually the recent change won't last long....Read More

ONE HUGE advantage : Absolute 0 competition, no one will not stop you from doing their work. If you do good credit they would take but if goes bad you will be held responsible. But in the end you will get to take the learning with you. :) NO facilities.
