Worst work life balance, only if you are a fresher then it would be a good choice as plenty of learning opportunities are provided. Worst management, lack of professionalism. No recognition of work and no appraisals provided to loyal and dedicated employees. Team is a family is a myth here. They call it a team but it is not a team culture it's one man army show. If you are a person looking for job security, then it would be the worst company chosen by you because they can kick you off anytime all of a sudden. They will tell you today that your performance is not up to mark and when you will try to discuss with them they will be not available in the office (take preplanned leave) and when they will appear in the office consider it as your last day.
