Being a very old company connected with Times group it can do lot of things.

The Higher management does not have the experience needed to run the company, they are constantly in confused state of mind, so unable to take proper decision, so the company is suffering from all the sides, the work culture is very poor, The staff has no moral at work,

Al celebration are very good and they always give good gift hamper which I am sure HR gets in Barter system

Everything. The whole organisation is working on the mood swings of the boss. Literally. People don’t get respect. 3 - 4 years old employees get fired on the spot depending on the mood of the boss.
