There is no job security. All depends on the top management. Work culture is fine but inter-departmental friction is there. Company reduced salaries on pretext of Covid-19 and despite of returning to normal the salaries are still not restored. The rules related to leaves, salary, PF etc. are changed frequently as to suit the management.

Absolutely stagnant growth atmosphere. There are no appraisals fro last two years. Rules of salary, leaves, PF etc. are changed frequently to suit the management requirements. The salaries are reduced to a tune of 10-40% on pretext of Covid-19 and is still not restored despite of normalization of work situation.
