Very less salary, too much work pressure, over work, no respect, Employees are treated like robots They won't give leave even when we are sick. They ask for medical certificate as proof. When the shift changes you need to work for continuous 8-10 days. They don't care about your health. The TL is horrible. There is lot of politics in office. Even though you meet all the targets you will get only basic salary. They keep the monthly targets(csat) as 5 rating when the company rating is only 3.5 everywhere..lol. They make you feel low. there is nothing to like, worst company worst management. they always ask to work for night shift which is 11:30pm to 8:30am continuously for 3months they says rotational shifts but they give you only 2months of day shift in a year. they don't even approve our AL.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
