Very less salary, too much work pressure, over work, no respect, Employees are treated like robots They won't give leave even when we are sick. They ask for medical certificate as proof. When the shift changes you need to work for continuous 8-10 days. They don't care about your health. The TL is horrible. There is lot of politics in office. Even though you meet all the targets you will get only basic salary. They keep the monthly targets(csat) as 5 rating when the company rating is only 3.5 everywhere..lol. They make you feel low.
