Work life balance will become 0. They push for extra work and go for overtime but still in end they don't praise, they just ignore once work is done. Increment is worse although you provide 100% of your.

Everything 1 No proper weekoff they will assign you week of whenever they feel like , being in software company this is ridiculous 2 They hired you as software Tester and ask you to perform someother task 3 They will assign you night shift and ask you to fetch ads so that server will be running at whole night 4 it is not at all our work 5 They ask you to shift system and give connections these are IT domain's work 6 Sometimes they ask you to work early morning shifts which starts from morning 7 and maximum login time is 9 7 When you ask about week off on saturday and sunday they behave rudely 8 how will a company who hires software tester and ask him to do all this 9 No cab facilities at all even at night and even for girls no cabs are there 10 Suddenly in a middle of month our team Lead with no sense will call and ask to work at afternoon shift from 2 "o" clock 11 I request everyone dont get into trap 12 Worst management too much partiality...Read More
