No proper policies or work environment. All the policies are created for the business, neither for employees nor for clients. Poor management, lack of idea, experience and knowledge.

I liked the workforce but the management is terribly inhumane.

Dislikes

No work culture, no transparency. One fine day, all of sudden you may encounter a situation, wherein your official email id(s) stops working, without any prior information just on the pretext of the system changeover and then after one or two days, you get to know that you have been sacked. The only good thing is that they releasedmy salary. I was happy that i got another better opportunity within a week, but this was the weirdest thing, that any company could do their employees, Still i feel bad for people who are still working there. They are people, who have to run their monthly expenses, someone has to pay their ward's fees. But the all these seems to fall on their deaf ears. I really wish all the best to people...Read More

I had a great time working at Globedwise. Good work environment and work culture. Teammates are supportive, and the management was transparent. Work atmosphere is very nice and they have embraced my skills and tought me everything related to Overseas Education.

Career growth is slow nothing else.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. But I have learnt everything on the job because my teammates helped me a lot.

I like Comedy which was done by director one director has over confidence who say that this is world's No. 1 company and second director always stuck at tu and i liked all those employee who can do excellent mimicry of these director... this is the only thing i liked...

Dislikes

I was not given appointment letter and i didn't even know what company's policy are so i did not follow company's rule and their policy always change according to situation and director's mood. After working around 2 years i realized i was wasting my time cause there is no increment even no Diwali bonus.. and nothing special for learning so in search for career growth i resigned.

First of all how hard working you are, it doesn't matter if you are hired for dtp role then there is no value of employee's hard working in this department so go for visa process or counselor cause only these employee enjoy their work...
