The company is great for people who want to build their careers in the testing field. It is especially good for freshers but not for long time.

- You end up becoming a puppet of CEO. He ask you to sit, you sit and asked you to stand, you stand. - Managed by Father and Son duo, who does micromanagement. And honestly, you are not being treated well. For a single $ spend, you need Father or Son approval. Becomes very frustrating. But yes, they need things immediately and urgently. - They can throw you anytime. So, it's always a risk. In my 8 months stay, I had 3 change of my Bosses. The Father and Son expects you to start delivering from Day 1. And whether you are a CMO or VP, your job will be to write copy for them or do clerical job for them because they will not release any funding for ads....Read More
