These folks are insanely crazy in Adobe project. 1: Two 30 min breaks, that too is scheduled by managers, first can be during start of shift and another could be in the end 2: 2 bio breaks that too for 5 minutes and you need to ask in the group (group where clients are also added), sometimes they even deny the bio break requests andask you to sit 3: phones are not allowed, it should be in the locker 4: not allowed to sit with colleagues 5: inhuman behavior, you are forced to work on holidays else you will be expelled 6: managers are so disrespectful and when you take leave, manager will utilize your Earn leaves, they do not fill Casual or sick leave and when ask they threaten and ask to show where it is written in policy 7: for past 7 months, I have only 3 leaves and forced to work on diwali, christmas, new year, rakhi, dussehra, makar sankranti, 15th august. One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.
