Workculture zero they do discrimination they do false promises during interview then gives you trouble zero respect of employees everyone their does back bitching you can't talk you can't express they just criticize your work they will send you out for their work also then Don't pay for it , you do sales but incentives you will get according to them you will join the company but you will get offer letter according to them and appointment letter after 2 months after asking for it again and again and morever you won't get any salary slip the Allowance will be checked and will give chillars in your hand and you can't eat lunch together you can't go outside the office you can't share anything with your colleagues. Only poonam chandel Rules every department the HR don't know anything everyone here is hr they do interview calling though they are not meant to do this still just because they can't stand out they say if you neend help reach to us but they don't allow you to meet during office hours as poonam chandel is bsy scrooling whatsaap whole day. The work culture is very poor, poonam singh chandel is the Vp and her behavior is like hitler and everyone is the puppet of hers. She doesn't know the work and behave as she is the superior. I was completely impressed with their professionalism & customer service .I feel more comfortable, more in control and more supported then i ever have before.Here employer genuinely cares for your growth , both professionally and personally. I have been here about 3.5 years now , and i have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the co-workers.
