Girnarsoft is a Big company last year when lockdown comes. company gives fill salary. In this company there is so many peoples who are not working properly after that company still gives salary that's why here is job secure

I worked in College Dekho...its a part of Girnar soft...there's not so many things I liked about college dekho except they provide proper training for their process & everyone on the floor is helpful about work.

Dislikes

there are literally 100 of things girnarsoft worst at...they unnecessarily stretch work time without paying for it on a daily basis...they say they have incentive structure but not really pay for it, also they do not have a proper incentive slab for anything...always juggled their employees for incentives....they have no requirements of promotion...only promote their family members there...without any justification after ending of admission season they do fire their employees, they just do it on a random basis...not even based on performance or anything else....so mainly they only hire their employees on seasonal basis & also they make the hiring in a contractual format without being transparent about it...overall not a great company for work...Read More
