First of all, if you want to learn about the market and how product management is done you can get exposure here from the experienced managers and CEO. Secondly, one more benefit is that you can work from home, but that does not mean you will get an extra laptop or something; you need to request them personally.

There is a whole lot of points, i don't know from where should i start.. Ok lets begin. Firstly if you are an intern, thats it life will become miserable from one week of training period. Don' t take the SLY face of CEO as a genuine person. He will behave with you nicely in the beginning but gradually the real face comes in play after 1 month or 2. Secondly no training sessions will be provided extra, but you will get assigned managers and have to follow them with their work and get to learn this and that . Dont get me wrong you will be able to learn those things even the managers will help you but!!!!..it is so vast that it will take certain time to get on their levels. But the CEO will be starting to show real colors and will insult you after 1 -2months - EXample - why are you not learning?? why are you not reviewing? are you an MBA or class 10 students ... and much more.... just think after 1-2 months of joining what is he expecting?? Thirdly dont ask about Salary structure..... SCAMMMM... initially i was offered 9 lpa in my job offer .................then after i got accepted it became 5.1 lpa + incentives ....... again after joining and finalising my salary became - 3.5 lpa or you can say 30k inhand.... But i got my first salary with delay of 6-7 days - that too 26k in hand.....i raised this issue with the CEO/hr , he replied you guys are interns!!!! ... like just think the mental trauma i had to go through for these past 4-5 months.......after that next month i received 30k and i thought it will be solved from now on. But i was wrong i didnt got salary for the past 3 months and was still working... whenever i asked to him about salary he will say dont worry i will give togheter as a whole............... Finally it was enough from my side i resigned from the Company...............i repeat dont ever go to that company even if you are told you will receive heft sum of package...... note - after mba this was my placement company. so just think how it destroyed me mentally . 1. worst HR Policy/ Btw no HR is there in the company , everything is overlooked by the CEO 2.No proper salary timings. You may get after 2-3 months or more 3.They are punctual in one thing , i.e how to make the employees work from morning 9.30 to evening 9pm ..... just think now. 12 + hours working that too with no salary and insult dialogues and demands. 4.They are running a circus not company....Read More
