Joining this company, a year ago was a big decision of my career. I have received excellent exposure to the right kind of work and have grown significantly in my role. Through there were initial challenges, but thanks to my supportive colleagues and seniors who helped me to overcome them and learn the ropes quickly.

Dislikes

I don't think that I am the right person to speak about any cons for now, it's too early for me.

Properly set processes and protocols are the reason for the same. I like that I get to work in an organized way. It is in my nature actually. So, such working style suits me and helps me deliver in a productive manner….great. I actually feel that such a work culture reduces complications and creates the right energy at workplace

Good shift timings. Not necessary for one to stay in office once office shift is over. This plays a major part in maintaining a better work life balance. Thanks to them for the freedom we get here.

Saturdays are productive. We work on many aspects like planning, discussion on projects, doubts, issues, etc. But some feel lazy as obviously it’s a weekend day… Take is positively, and focus, you won’t feel bored. Participate in these productive activities, I am sure you will learn a lot.

Training is considered as one of the core aspects in this company. When I joined here, I too came to know about this very thing. There is a separate training department which takes care of the entire training module. They focus on training employees on soft skills along with technical trainings. It’s an advantage for many as such aspects are very less observed in any organization. I feel lucky that I am able to take advantage of such a comprehensive training benefit. Sometimes, depending on the need of the project, we have to stay working for extra hours on weekend as well. I am not ok with it.
