Every employee expect that they are coming to work as a team but my reporting manager Mr. Rohit Sharma doesn’t not have that skill set which he can cope with us and work smoothly rather he always try to saying big words which he can’t do. He take advantages of their team and present their work to management on his name. He always plays cheap tricks with HR Garima without any company norms. No work culture. The managers are egoistic and for no reason will make you feel like you are nothing and don’t know anything. Will shout at you for no reason. Worst company to work for. Will definitely suggest that don’t go into this organisation. No professionalism at all. Worked there for 3 months and in 3 months they showed me the reality of their work culture.

Never join this company, there is too much politics. Rohit Kathtayan is the head of this Politics, and Ankit Gambhir is also involved. These people don't care about your mental health. They'll call you anytime, even 2 Am or 3 Am. Lokesh Arora is another person who doesn't listen to anything. If there is no real management your life will ruined and your mental health will deteriorate. You'll just be working like a dunky, and no one will listen to you especially if you're a fresher. Never join. They've fired people in terrible ways, like HR showing up, taking their laptops, and telling them not to come in the next day. They've even fired people on Diwali.
