About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Support Executives to join our dynamic support team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support for our clients based in the EU, US, Canada, and Australia. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts covering 24x7 support, including night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Regularly update knowledge base documents and training materials.
• Maintain excellent service quality and meet established performance metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
