Work from home setting is good. Too less work sometimes is good.

Dislikes

Too less work sometimes is not that good for fresher. They are here to learn but too less work experience gives less opportunity to learn and grow further. Almost no salary appraisals or promotions. No perks as such. No company culture.

Continuous irrelevant gyan from CTO, use of abusive and non prossional language even when you are doing right job

People feel today they will loose their job for some stupid or no reason. You need to work in 2 time zones Australia and India n many times on weekends.
