It’s a good company for freshers who couldn’t get any opportunities in any of the OEM’s. Where you can spend 1 or 2 years and get some pure knowledge about AUTOMOTIVE industry as it has one of the best client(only one).

Dislikes

Worst management, salary package is very low when compared to industry standards. Career growth is not at all considerable.

Work Details

The Role they have is very challenging where one can get lot of knowledge.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
